Semi-personalized group mentoring

A monthly accompaniment space for people who want to work with the ALMA method in a constant, clear and sustained way, within a small group of up to 8 people. Before starting, each participant receives an initial masterclass and an introduction to the ALMA method. The mentoring is sustained with 2 weekly live sessions (e.g. Monday and Friday) where we review habits, emotional state, blocks, progress, decisions and the needs of the moment.
